This tea is produced in Yunnan Province at the Lao Cang factory.

Young tea leaves with buds are used to make pu-erh.

The prepared raw materials undergo special processing and are subjected to medium pressing. The raw materials are pressed into small nests, weighing 100 grams each.

The aroma of the finished drink contains a variety of shades, but at the same time is quite restrained; you can catch notes of prunes, strawberries, the sweetish mustiness of autumn leaves and floral shades. The taste is rich, but soft, dominated by woody and earthy notes. The aftertaste is velvety, you can discern a subtle bitter sourness.

The finished infusion has a rich red-brown color.

Гнездо феникса ШУ - зрелый и крепкий чай пуэр шу, настоящий натуральный энергетик. Уникальный и неповторимый чайный напиток. Изготовляется чай в провинции Юньнань на фабрике Лао Цанг.

Для изготовления пуэра используют молодые чайные листья с почками. Подготовленное сырье проходит специальную обработку и подвергается средней прессовке. Прессуется сырье в виде небольшого гнезда, весом по 100 граммов каждое.

Аромат готового напитка содержит разнообразные оттенки, но в тоже время достаточно сдержанный, можно уловить нотки чернослива, земляники, сладковатую прелость осенних листьев и цветочные оттенки. Вкус насыщенный, но мягкий, преобладают древесно-землистые нотки. Послевкусие бархатистое, можно различить едва уловимую горчащую кислинку.

Готовый настой имеет насыщенный цвет красно-коричневого оттенка.
