OPTIPRO , Nestlé's protein technology based on breast milk research, provides the right amount and quality of protein for your child's needs.
Each child's nutritional needs are different. We recommend that your child receive 2 or 3 bottles of SMA OPTIPRO Follow-On Milk per day, starting at age 1. You can either give this amount as follow-on milk or mix it into cooked meals after the food has warmed. To preserve the live cultures in the product, make sure the boiled water has cooled to body temperature before adding the powdered formula. Use only the measuring spoon located under the product's lid. Do not use less or more powdered formula than indicated in the feeding chart unless recommended by a doctor. This may cause your baby to become dehydrated or not get enough nutrition. Always consult your doctor before adding new foods to your baby's diet.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
- Breast milk is best for babies, and breastfeeding should continue for as long as possible.
- SMA OPTIPRO 3 is part of a diversified diet for infants aged 1-3 years after they begin appropriate complementary feeding.
- It is not a substitute for breast milk and should not be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first 6 months.
- The decision to start complementary feeding should only be made by independent healthcare professionals based on your baby's growth and development needs.
- Prepare SMA OPTIPRO 3 immediately before feeding your child and only one feeding bottle at a time.
- Use only the measuring cup provided. Feed your child immediately after preparation and carefully follow the instructions for use.
- Always hold your child while feeding and never leave them unattended.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
- Do not reuse leftover formula after feeding your baby.
- Do not add food to baby milk in a bottle.
- Do not heat baby milk in a microwave oven. The heat may be uneven and your baby's mouth may be burned.
- The special measuring cup is located on the foil when the box is first opened. For subsequent uses, place the measuring cup in the special compartment under the lid, as shown in the product preparation section.
STORAGE ADVICE
- Store the product in a cool, dry place.
- After opening, keep the box closed with its plastic lid to preserve the freshness of the product.
- Use the opened container within 3 weeks.
- Avoid storing at high temperatures for extended periods.
- Improper preparation and storage are harmful to health.
PREPARATION
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat, and lid.
- Soak in boiling water until use.
- Boil drinking water for five minutes and let it cool.
- Add the amount of warm water you prepared, as recommended in the nutrition chart.
- Use only the measuring cup provided and scrape off the excess using the measuring cup located inside the box.
