Lavender honey, a floral honey, is a pleasantly fragrant, light-colored honey obtained by bees collecting nectar from lavender plants.

The floral and fresh scent of lavender gives the honey a unique aroma. It is a monoflora honey, dominated by a single plant.

Soner's Lavender Raw Honey is naturally produced in June and July by our migratory bees in Kuyucak, also known as Isparta's lavender village, using nectar collected from lavender flowers. It is an organic, raw, and natural honey that is filtered directly from the hive and filled into jars without any heat treatment.

This honey, which retains its nutritional value, may crystallize after a while. When this occurs, which indicates naturalness, it is placed in heated water, covered, up to the bottom of the lid. The water is ensured to remain at around 40-45 C. It may take a short or long time for the honey to return to its fluid state, depending on the type of pollen and nectar.

Tasting notes:Lavender honey is a light yellow or amber honey with low acidity.

Its floral and balanced flavor leaves a sweetness that is not pungent on the palate.

Its unique sweet flavor pairs well with hard and salty cheeses or herbal teas.

Soner's Lavanta Ham Bali, Haziran ve Temmuz aylarinda Isparta'nin lavantaköyü olarak da bilinen Kuyucak'taki gezici arilarimizin lavanta çiçeklerindenaldigi nektar ile dogal olarak üretilir.Kovandan direkt süzülerek kavanozlara dolduruldugundan herhangi bir isilislemden geçmeyen organik, ham ve dogal bir baldir.

Besin degerlerini kaybetmeyen bu bal bir süre sonra kristallesebilir. Dogalligin göstergesi bu durum gerçeklestiginde, isitilmis su içerisinekapali bir sekilde kapak alt hizasina kadar konulur. Suyun sürekli 40 - 45 Ccivarlarinda kalmasi saglanir. Balin eski akiskan haline dönmesi polen venektar cinsine göre kisa ya da uzun sürebilir.
