It is a type of honey that bees use as a nectar source from various flowers in nature.

Bees visit flowers that bloom in spring and collect nectar throughout the spring and summer to produce wildflower honey.

Also known as polyfloral honey, this type of honey does not contain a single type of flower.

Because bees collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers, the resulting honey has a rich flavor and aroma profile.

Soner's Wildflower Raw Honey is obtained from wildflowers in the Hayrabolu and Çeneköy regions of Tekirdag.

When filtered directly from the hive and filled into jars, it does not undergo any heat treatment it is raw and natural honey.

This honey, which does not lose its nutritional value, may crystallize after a while.

When this occurs, which is an indicator of naturalness, it is placed in heated water, covered, up to the bottom of the lid. The water is ensured to remain constantly around 40-45 C. It may take a short or long time for the honey to return to its former fluid state, depending on the type of pollen and nectar.

Tasting notes: Wildflower honey is generally light-colored, but it may darken depending on the nectar content. It has a sweet, floral, and fragrant flavor. Its broad flavor profile makes it a perfect match for a wide range of dishes, from breakfast and charcuterie boards to herbal teas and dessert recipes.

Besin degerlerini kaybetmeyen bu bal bir süre sonra kristallesebilir.

Dogalligin göstergesi bu durum gerçeklestiginde, isitilmis su içerisine kapali bir sekilde kapak alt hizasina kadar konulur. Suyun sürekli 40 - 45 C civarlarinda kalmasi saglanir. Balin eski akiskan haline dönmesi polen ve nektar cinsine göre kisa ya da uzun sürebilir.
