Perfect for vegetables, seafood, fish and other foods that need a cover that enhances their flavor and maintains golden and smooth frying. Application: Mix wheat tempura with cold water until a homogeneous texture is achieved. Dip the ingredients into the mixture and fry in hot oil (180 C) until perfectly browned.
