Lilac is used to treat anemia, inflammatory kidney diseases, renal pelvis stones, bronchial asthma, salt deposits in the joints, and especially heel spurs.

Preparation: Tincture 1 cup of lilac flowers per 500 ml of vodka, leave for 2 weeks. Take 30-40 drops 3-4 times a day. Apply as a compress to joints and heel spurs.

Infusion: 2 tablespoons of flowers per glass of hot water, bring to a boil, leave for 2-3 hours. Take 1 tablespoon 4 times a day before meals for 7 weeks. Contraindications: individual intolerance.

Приготовление: Настойка 1 стакан цветов сирени на 500 мл водки, настоять 2 недели. Принимать по 30-40 капель3-4 раза в день. Применяют в виде компрессов на суставы и пяточные шпоры. Настой: 2 столовые ложки цветов на стакан горячей воды, довести до кипения, настоять 2-3 часа. Принимать по 1 столовой ложке 4 раза в день до еды в течении 7 недель. Противопоказания: индивидуальная непереносимость.
