Omegalyze Advanced is fortified with palmitoleic acid, an omega-7 monounsaturated fatty acid, that has been shown to support the body's maintenance of healthy cholesterol, blood sugar, and c-reactive protein levels.

Directions of Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 2 times daily with meals. For best results, take your first serving in the morning (with breakfast) and your second serving with your last meal of the day.
