Key Benefits

🐴 Olive head design — Olive-shaped centerpiece is shortened and tilted forward at 45° angle to position gently on the horse's tongue.
👄 Sensitive mouth angles — Olive head tension prevents lip pinching, making it ideal for horses with sensitive mouth angles.
🔒 Fixed rings — Rings fixed on the mouth keep teeth quietly in position and prevent bit slimming.
🎯 Tongue-centered positioning — Design prevents the KK Ultra mouthpiece from sliding on the tongue, maintaining central position.
📡 Tongue sensitivity — Bit works with the horse's tongue as a highly sensitive sensory organ to reinforce signal absorption.
✨ Fine rein control — Double broken design enables trusting reference and very fine rein work.

Common Questions

What is the KK Ultra mouthpiece design?

The KK Ultra features a double broken bit with an olive-shaped centerpiece that is shortened and tilted forward at a 45° angle for gentle tongue contact.

Who is this bit recommended for?

It is recommended for horses where improvement in reference is necessary, particularly those with sensitive mouth angles.

How do the fixed rings work?

The fixed rings ensure teeth stay quietly in the mouth and prevent bit slimming that could cause the mouthpiece to move on the tongue.

Why is the 45° angle important?

This specific angle position allows the centerpiece to be particularly gentle on the horse's tongue, which is a highly sensitive sensory organ.

What are the bit specifications?

This Sprenger Sensogan snaffle has an 18mm olive head, 70mm stainless steel olive head rings, and a 145mm overall measurement.
