Suggested Use
Step 1 - 1 minute Professional Activating Rods
See instructions on item as to how to properly snap the activating rod.
Step 2 - 2 minutes Professional Whitening System
Use a dry toothbrush.
Step 3 - 30 seconds Whitening Pre-Rinse
Use a teaspoonful and swish for 30 seconds. For sensitive gums, dilute with water.

Whitening toothpaste
For best results: Brush teeth thoroughly after each meal, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Instruct children under six about good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Under two years of age consult a dentist or a doctor before use.
Whitening pre-rinse
Use 1 teaspoonful (1 ml) and swish for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Brush as usual without rinsing with water in between. Can be used 1-2 times per day or as needed. For 1st time users or those with pre-existing periodontal conditions or gum sensitivity, dilute with water.

Whitening toothpaste
Active Ingredient: Sodium monofluorophosphate (0.14% w/v Fluoride Ion).
Purpose: Anticavity.
Inactive Ingredients: Water, sorbitol, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, cellulose gum, calprox, sodium perborate, corn starch, flavor, magnesium carbonate, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, sodium saccharin.
Whitening accelerator
Water, glycerin, urea hydrogen peroxide, potassium hydroxide, carbomer, sodium saccharin, etidronic acid, ethylene diamine tetra acetate.
Whitening pre-rinse
Deionized water, hydrogen peroxide, sodium bicarbonate, tetra potassium pyrophosphate, potassium carbonate, sodium benzoate, sodium tripolyphosphate, poloxamer 407, cetyl pyridinium chloride, sodium sacchrinate, tween 20, glycerine, sorbitol, flavor, malic acid.

Whitening accelerator
Sensitive teeth: Product containing peroxide may cause sensitivity. Discontinue use for one to two days and sensitivity will go way. Please consult your physician or dentist if sensitivity continues.
Whitening pre-rinse
Keep out of children under 6 years old. Do not swallow. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact poison control right away. Do not use if irritation occurs or persists.
Store at room temperature.
