Chicken Tetrazzini
It takes just 25 minutes to make this mouth-watering pasta dish featuring chicken, Parmesan cheese and a creamy mushroom sauce. Prep: 20 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper or drained jarred pimiento (optional)
8 ounces (about 1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
Directions
1. Stir soup, water, cheese, parsley and red pepper (if desired) in a 2-quart saucepan.
2. Add spaghetti and chicken and combine.
3. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
