- Preparation: Measure cold water with a Turkish coffee cup and pour it into the cezve. Add one tablespoon (17g) of Ta-ha Ottoman coffee for each cup of Turkish coffee. Add sugar to your liking. Stir until the coffee, sugar, and water combine. Bring the coffee to a boil over low heat. After a while, divide the foam among the cups. Cook the remaining coffee for another minute and pour it into the cups.
