Lightly fermented, lightly roasted, hemispherical oolong tea. Grown and produced at the Nantou tea estate.

GABA content is not less than 150 mg / 100 g.

The aroma of the dry leaf is sweet and delicate, dominated by notes of dry wood, oiliness, and the freshness of a rainy autumn day. A hint of sourness is barely perceptible.

This aroma sets a mood for measuredness.

When opened, the tea retains the same calm aroma. Restrained spicy notes, marine and mineral motifs appear, complemented by the fresh and sweet-rotten melody of autumn, the sound of withering foliage obediently lying at the foot of bare and half-asleep trees.

This GABA tea repeatedly surprises with its transitions in aroma. From steeping to steeping, something new, unobtrusive, and very harmonious with the first impression of this tea emerges.

For example, the familiar note of clean and ironed sheets, which evokes awe and a smile, is familiar from childhood. Surprisingly, the subtle floral notes that appear in later steepings are even more striking, and many associations come to mind, all of them cozy, calm, and romantic.

The color of the infusion is golden, warm, the consistency is thick even in appearance, flowing smoothly into the cups.

The taste is woody, salty, and sweet, with a noticeable minerality and strength of the leaf. Good balance.

All the flavor notes are connected by a delicate and oily "oolong" note. The aftertaste is sweet, slightly sticky with tree bark and freshness.

The tea's effect is strong, but not harsh.

It relaxes the body and mind, gradually immersing you in a state of peace and contemplation of the present.

Gaba oolong tea with hemispherical twists is best brewed with boiling water; it's easy to use, both in terms of the material of the teacup and the brewing method. It performs well both in a pour-over tea (where it shines with its versatility) and in a traditional steeping method.

Аромат сухого листа сладкий и нежный, преобладают ноты сухого дерева, маслянистость и свежесть осеннего дождливого дня. Кислинка еле уловима. Этот аромат настраивает на размеренность.

При раскрытии чай всё так же сохраняет спокойствие в аромате. Появляются сдержанные пряные ноты, морские и минеральные мотивы, дополненные свежей и сладко-прелой мелодией осени, звучащей увядающей листвой, покорно лежащей у подножия голых и полусонных деревьев. Этот ГАБА чай неоднократно удивляет своими переходами в аромате, от пролива к проливу появляется что-то новое, ненавязчивое, очень гармоничное с первым впечатлением об этом чае. Например, с детства знакомая, вызывающая трепет и улыбку нота чистых и выглаженных простыней. Удивительно, но больше поражают еле уловимые цветы, которые появляются в более поздних проливах, и перед глазами появляется много ассоциаций, и все они уютные, спокойные и романтичные.

Цвет настоя золотистый, тёплый, консистенция густая даже на вид, плавно струится по чашкам.

Вкус древесно-солёно-сладкий, чувствуется минеральность и сила листа. Хороший баланс. Все ноты вкуса соединяет между собой нежная и маслянистая "улунская" нота. В послевкусии сладость, немного вязкая кора дерева и свежесть.

Воздействие у чая сильное, но не резкое. Хорошо расслабляет тело и мысли, постепенно погружая в состояние покоя и созерцания настоящего.

Заваривать Габа улун полусферической скрутки лучше крутым кипятком, к материалу посуды чай неприхотлив, к способу заваривания тоже. Отлично покажет себя и в проливном способе (где блеснёт своей многогранностью), и в способе обычного настаивания.
