WHAT IS SPROUTING?

Legumes, seeds, and grains naturally contain anti-nutritional elements such as lectins, saponins, and phytic acid. These elements act as a defense mechanism that protects seeds from external factors. However, they are not suitable for human digestion and prevent the absorption of the vitamins, minerals, and proteins contained in legumes. Sprouting largely eliminates this defense mechanism. The nutritional value of legumes, grains, and seeds also increases exponentially, making them easier to absorb and easier to digest. Sprouted foods become superfoods. Our products are sprouted in sterile air conditioning systems, dried in dehydrators at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, preserving all their vitamin and mineral content, and ground into whole grain flour in stone mills without exposure to high heat. Our pastas, free of any preservatives or additives, are made using only sprouted legume flour, cold-pressed olive oil, and high-pH drinking water. All of our products are produced in a facility certified by BRC Global Standards, a Food Safety Management System.

HACCP 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001andISO 10002certifications are in place. Only gluten-free products are produced in our facility, preventing the risk of cross-contamination. Every stage of the products you purchase is inspected for traceability, from raw materials to packaging.
