Medium socks (Men's shoe size 6-9 / Women's shoe size 7-10), come with an Adult size belt (1.5'' wide, fits waist 30-46 inches). Large socks (Men's 9-12 / Women's 10-13), come with an Adult size belt (1.5'' wide, fits waist 30-46 inches).
