Huang Mei Gui Oolong Tea 50g Ingredients Tea leaves, tea leaves Instructions We recommend using Yixing (purple clay) Chinese teaware or porcelain. Rinse the teacup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot halfway with tea leaves, or 2 grams of tea leaves for every 150 ml of water if not using a Yixing teapot. The tea is left in hot water at 90 C for 10 seconds for the first infusion. Gradually increase the steeping time for subsequent brews. We recommend 5 strokes. See more

Preparation: Infuse the tea leaves in hot water at 95 C for 1 minute for the first and second infusions gradually increase the steeping time for subsequent infusions. Production: Huang Mei Gui Oolong tea leaves are long and curved and are more oxidized and roasted than Tie Guan Yin. Place of origin: Northern Fujian, China.
