• Twist the lid counter clockwise to loosen it.
• Remove the lid and set it aside. 
• Use your index finger to pop the strainer out. 
• Remove the mesh strainer and set it aside. 
• Add your Teami Tea and pour in hot water.
• Add the strainer and screw lid back on. 
• OMG! A super secret compartment!
• Store more tea, vitamins, protein, etc. 

Please allow hot contents to cool for 1-3 minutes before tightening the lid. Contents that are hot can create pressure on the lid, causing the mouth piece to pop off. Do not stir, shake or turn your tumbler upside-down if contents are extremely hot.
