Pai Mu Tan is distinguished by its beautiful colored leaves and amber hue. It originates from Fujian province and grows at an altitude of approximately 1500 meters. The thin leaves are not rolled after harvesting, but only lightly fermented and then immediately dried. Thanks to this process, the leaf tips retain their white silvery color, which is why the tea is also known as "white tea." Preparation recommendation: Quantity: 15-18 g l. Water temperature: 70-80 C. Brewing time: 1.5-2 minutes

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Le Pai Mu Tan se distingue par sa belle feuille colorée et son moulage ambré. Il provient de la province du Fujian et pousse en environ 1500 m de hauteur. Les feuilles fines ne sont pas roulées après la récolte, mais seulement légèrement fermentées puis séchées immédiatement. Grâce à ce processus, les pointes des feuilles conservent leur couleur blanc argenté, après quoi le thé a également reçu son deuxième nom « thé blanc ». Recommandation de préparation : quantité : 15-18 g l. Température de l'eau : 70-80 C. Temps d'infusion : 1,5-2 minutes
