HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST SIZE Please remove your original insole from the shoe. Measure your original shoe insole length. Choose a carbon fiber insole that is 1/2 inch shorter than your original insole. Note: Shoe sizing and insole lengths may vary according to the brand. If you measure the original insoles of the shoes you will use and order a 1/2" shorter carbon fiber insole, you will find the right size.	HOW TO USE IT Your original shoe sole should be removable. You should place Carbon Fiber Insoles directly under the original removable shoe insole or orthotic. The carbon fiber insert should be ¼ - ½ inch (approximately 1 cm) shorter than the removable insert in the shoe for a comfortable fit.
