Sweet and fruity notes, somewhat reminiscent of Taiwanese Oolongs, are enveloped in delicate floral nuances, creating an incredible tasting experience – enjoy Pai Mu Tan in a completely different way. The Mei Zang variety is usually processed into a green tea base and then used for Oolong teas. This wasn't good enough for our supplier, and they decided to use the variety as the base for a white tea.
