Our own special blend, this beautiful authentic Thai favorite is a traditional, highly versatile aromatic paste made with red chili, lemongrass and kaffir lime zest. INGREDIENTS Garlic, dried red chili, lemongrass, salt, onion, small fresh red chili, galangal, kaffir lime peel, fennel seeds. Coriander. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Cut 400g beef fillet into cubes and add to a wok with 2 tablespoons Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil and 50g Thai Taste Red Curry Paste (add more if you want a hotter curry).
