The Coffee Belt Grande Miscela Espresso Blend Coffee 500 Gr.
Grande Miscela, meaning the Great Blend!
Espresso, in our opinion, is the purest form of coffee. The secret lies in the espresso's brewing parameters. No other coffee brewing method can extract as much coffee as espresso.
Espresso is at the top of our list in our passion for coffee.
The goal of all coffee brewing methods is to achieve extraction. That is, to combine the dry matter (ground coffee) with the solvent (water) and obtain a solution (ready-to-drink coffee).
Filter coffee is generally made with 16 grams of water for every gram of coffee. Therefore, it is a more "water-based" solution.
Espresso, on the other hand, is made with 2 to 2.5 grams of water for every gram of coffee. Therefore, we obtain a highly concentrated beverage. When 9-11 bar pressure is added to this, we literally inject the heart of the coffee into our cup.
In other words, what flows into your cup is what flows into your coffee.
The main reason we use 6 different origins at Grande Miscela is our desire to create a unique taste.
Of course, we first roast and test these six different, precious origins one by one, using different roasting profiles.
Our goal is to create a layered, complex, and perfectly balanced espresso that creates a consistent main body and makes the contrasting flavors that follow, along with the secondary and tertiary flavors, perceptible.
Fully aromatic but without a heavy body,
Soft to drink but with an aroma that completely envelops the mouth, satisfying with its lingering aftertaste,
Neither striking with dark flavors nor disturbing with high acidity.
A well-balanced, sweet, and delicious espresso where all the complexity merges into a harmony, and no flavor overpowers another.
When you open Grande Miscela's packaging, the intense, sweet aroma of caramel will captivate all your senses. Vanilla, cocoa, roasted hazelnuts, toasted bread, and jasmine-like floral base notes will leave you feeling like this is a truly excellent coffee.
In the cup, soft chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and mild acidity will envelop your mouth and palate. You'll be surprised how smooth such a rich coffee can be.
We highly recommend trying its delicious combination in both Americano and latte. Thanks to its high-quality, 100 Arabica beans grown at high altitudes, it has a relatively low caffeine content compared to other coffees.
We strongly recommend checking the roast date on the package. If it arrives within a few days of roasting, we strongly recommend letting it age. Freshly roasted coffee achieves its most delicious results 10 to 14 days after roasting (while the package is sealed).
Our pinnacle of espresso, "Grande Miscela," is arguably the best recipe we've ever achieved.
Enjoy!
