• 1 tea glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice (100 ml) (from seasonal fruits)

• 1 teaspoon of TheLifeCo Organic Psyllium powder

• 1 glass of drinking water (200 ml)

Combine the bentonite clay liquid, fruit juice, and water in a large glass or shaker and mix thoroughly. Then add the psyllium and continue mixing. Consume immediately after adding the psyllium. Enjoy!
