ADVICE FOR CHOOSING SIZES: Available in 4 sizes, from S to XL. Choose the ankle support adapted to your ankle circumference thanks to our size guide. Composition: polyamide, synthetic rubber (SBR), polyester, thermoplastic polyurethane, elastane. EASY TO USE: Put on the ankle support, with the opening on the heel. Place your foot flat and close the ankle support using the tightening tab. Fold down and tighten the straps, left side (your left) over the instep and wrap the ankle. Fold down and tighten the second strap, covering the previous one. The Thuasne strapping ankle brace is ambidextrous (fits both ankles). The installation is illustrated in the instructions for use. INDICATIONS: The Thuasne sport support ankle brace is indicated in cases of joint instability laxity, mild ankle sprain (acute phase), and resumption of sporting activities. It provides proprioceptive support for rehabilitation. MODE OF ACTION: The Thuasne ligament ankle brace ensures uniform support of the joint during sport (rugby, running, etc.). It supports the unstable or sprained ankle and protects weakened ligaments when resuming sport. The lightweight perforated elastic fabric cover facilitates the evacuation of perspiration. The two elastic straps provide ligament reinforcement and limit lateral movement. CONSEILS POUR LE CHOIX DES TAILLES : Disponible en 4 tailles, du S au XL. Choisissez la chevillère adaptée à votre tour de cheville grâce à notre guide des tailles. Composition : polyamide, caoutchouc synthétique (SBR), polyester, polyuréthane thermoplastique, élasthanne. UTILISATION SIMPLE : Enfiler la chevillère, avec l'ouverture sur le talon. Poser le pied à plat et fermer la chevillère grâce à la patte de serrage. Rabattre et tendre les sangles, côté gauche (votre gauche) sur le cou-de-pied et envelopper la cheville. Rabattre et tendre la deuxième sangle en recouvrant la précédente. La chevillère strapping Thuasne est ambidextre (s'adapte aux deux chevilles) La mise en place est illustrée dans la notice d'utilisation. INDICATIONS : La chevillère de maintien Thuasne sport est indiquée en cas d'instabilité articulaire laxité, d'entorse légère de la cheville (phase aigüe), de reprise d'activités sportives. Elle apporte un soutien proprioceptif à la rééducation. MODE D'ACTION : La chevillère ligamentaire Thuasne assure un maintien homogène de l'articulation pendant le sport (rugby, course à pied, …). Elle maintient la cheville instable ou ayant subi une entorse, et protège les ligaments fragilisés lors de la reprise du sport. L'enveloppe légère en tissu élastique perforé facilite l'évacuation de la transpiration. Les deux sangles élastiques constituent un renfort des ligaments et limitent les mouvements latéraux.
