The first 'Tiptree' preserves were made in 1885 on the Tiptree Estate and are still made here today. Fruit crops include strawberries, blackberries, and damsons, to name a few. Our signature fruit is the small scarlet strawberry, a small wild variety originally brought to the UK by the Wilkin family in the early 1900s. We believe we are unique in the world in cultivating this challenging crop, but it is worth the effort for the quality of preserves it provides.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Les premières conserves 'Tiptree' ont été fabriquées en 1885 sur le domaine Tiptree et sont encore fabriquées ici à ce jour.
