Instructions for Use:
Preparation:
If you prefer to use a yeast dough, add enough warm water to dissolve the yeast in 1 teaspoon of dry yeast.
While preparing your sauce and toppings, let the yeast activate for 10-15 minutes (if you're using instant yeast, you won't need to soak the yeast in warm water).
Preparation of the dough:
Sift 500 grams (4.5 cups) of Tito's Pizza Flour into a deep bowl. Add 250 ml (2.5 tea cups) of water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. If you prefer a yeast-based dough, add the yeast soaked in warm water.
Mix by hand or with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Then, knead the dough thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to achieve a more ideal and crispy pizza texture.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out and let it rest in a warm place for 40-45 minutes.
Roll out your rested dough on a lightly floured surface with your hands or a rolling pin and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
You can flavor the dough with your prepared sauce mixtures and toppings such as various cheeses, vegetables, meat, and seafood, according to your taste.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C (400 F) using the upper and lower heat setting for approximately 15-20 minutes.
You can slice your pizza and serve it hot or warm.
Note: Depending on the oven and tray size you will use, you can increase or decrease the dough according to the recommended ratios.

Ön Hazirlik:
Mayali bir hamur kullanmayi tercih ediyorsaniz, 1 tatli kasigi kuru mayanin üzerine, mayayi eritecek miktarda ilik su ilave edin.
Sosunuzu ve üst malzemelerinizi hazirlarken, 10-15 dakika mayanin aktiflesmesini bekleyin (instant maya kullaniyor iseniz mayayi ilik suda bekletmenize gerek kalmayacaktir).
Hamurun hazirlanisi:
500 gram (4,5 su bardagi) Tito Pizza Ununu eleyerek derin bir kaba alin. Içerisine 250 ml (2,5 çay bardagi) su, 2 yemek kasigi bitkisel sivi yag ilave edin. Mayali bir hamur tercih ediyorsaniz ilik suda beklettiginiz mayayi ilave edin.
Elinizle veya bir mikser yardimiyla homojen bir kivam elde edene kadar karistirdiktan sonra pizzanizin daha ideal ve çitir bir doku kazanmasi için hamuru 2-3 dakika iyice yogurun.
Hamurun kurumamasi için üzerine nemli bir bez örterek ilik ortamda 40-45 dakika dinlenmeye birakin.
Beklemis olan hamurunuzu hafif unlanmis tezgah üzerinde eliniz veya bir merdane yardimiyla açarak yaglanmis firin tepsisine alin.
Hamur üzerini hazirladiginiz sos karisimlari ve çesitli peynirler, sebzeler, et ve deniz ürünleri gibi üst malzemeler ile damak zevkinize göre dilediginiz gibi lezzetlendirebilirsiniz.
Pisirme:
Önceden isitilmis firinda alt-üst pisirme ayariyla yaklasik 200 C'de 15-20 dakika pisirin.
Firindan çikan pizzanizi sicak veya ilik olarak dilimleyerek servis yapabilirsiniz.
Not: Kullanacaginiz firin ve tepsi ebatlarina göre hazirlayacaginiz hamuru önerilen oranlara uygun sekilde artirip azaltabilirsiniz.
