Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil was born from the passion and dedication of the Titon family. After generations of pharmacists, the family decided in 1936 to devote themselves to cultivating 5,000 olive trees on 19 hectares of land between the provinces of Trapani and Marsala. Starting in the 1980s, the family took a significant step in the company's history by converting to organic farming, aiming to reuse all byproducts of the production cycle, such as pruning waste, olive sauce, and sap. Today, the Titone organic farm produces approximately 10,000 liters of organic extra virgin olive oil annually. Tasting Notes Titone's Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single-varietal oil produced from the Nocellara del Belice cultivar. This oil captivates us because it presents a bold aroma on the nose, offering scents of tomato and green leaves with balsamic notes. The vegetal notes are also prominent on the palate, with bitter and spicy aromas.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT L'huile d'olive extra vierge Nocellara est née de la passion et du dévouement de la famille Titon. Après des années de générations de pharmaciens, la famille décide en 1936 de se consacrer à la culture de 5000 plantes d'olivier semées en 19 hectares de terre entre la province de Trapani et Marsala. À partir des années 80, la famille a fait un pas important dans l'histoire de l'entreprise, c'est-à-dire qu'ils se convertissent à l'agriculture biologique dans le but de réutiliser toutes les restes du cycle de production comme celles de l'élagage, de la sauce et de l'eau de végétation. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise agricole biologique Titone produit annuellement environ 10 000 litres d'huile d'olive extra vierge biologique. Notes de dégustation L'huile d'olive extra vierge Nocellara de Titone est une huile monovariétale produite par le cultivar Nocellara del Belice. Cette huile nous passionne car elle se présente décidée au nez en rapportant des parfums de tomate et de feuille verte avec des notes balsamiques. Les notes végétales se perçoivent également largement au goût avec des senteurs amères et épicées.
