Carbamoyl benzamide phenyl isoxazoline, which is part of the drug, is a systemic insectoacaricide of the isoxazoline group, an inhibitor of components of the arthropod nervous system, which disrupts the transmission of nerve impulses, leading to paralysis and death of ectoparasites. Taking the drug with food accelerates absorption. The drug causes the death of fleas parasitizing the dog within 8 hours, ticks - within 12 hours, preventing re-infestation of dogs with ectoparasites. The death of newly appeared fleas on the animal before the insects lay viable eggs is caused by very low concentrations of carbamoyl benzamide phenyl isoxazoline, which prevents contamination of premises with eggs and larvae.
