Medimitt ToeMitt, and FingerMitt are a patented full coverage toe and fingertip bandage. Smaller size is best for fingers unless bandage mitt will be used as a secondary bandage, covering a primary bandage. In this case, you should size up based on how thick of a primary bandage wrap you need to cover with the Mitt. The Medimitt ToeMitt and FingerMitt material is certified for medical/hygiene use. It can be used once and discarded or hand washed and reused depending on use. It is not recommended to reuse it if you are using it as a primary bandage. The stretchy and breathable material allows for comfort and healing. The material is also water-resistant which means it does not easily absorb fluids and is more apt to maintain a dry environment. Unless worn directly under or in water, It will keep your toe or finger clean and dry and not moist where germs can breed. The patented non-slip grip strap and gentle ‘inner grip’ rim at base of MediMitt assures no slippage or twisting, keeping Medimitt in place and provides a customized fit each time. No need for adhesives which means ease on, easy off and repositioning, and adjusting as many times as needed. Remove when you need to take a bath/shower or just to apply ointment and re-apply or dispose of, you choose. The Medimitt can be used directly over the finger or toe as primary coverage or over the existing bandage as a secondary cover to protect the primary bandage.
