Small balls of delicious flavor with a wonderful aroma. Jasmine pearls, like jasmine green, are made with jasmine flowers. However, they differ from jasmine green in their form and production process. To create this tea, also of Chinese origin, the youngest green tea leaves are collected. The carefully selected leaves are kept in direct sunlight or in a low-temperature environment to remove moisture. The jasmine flower is then covered layer by layer with green tea leaves that have reached the desired flexibility. The process is long and laborious because it is carried out individually by hand. During the waiting period, the green tea leaves thoroughly absorb the scent and flavor of the jasmine flowers. During brewing, small balls placed in hot water open and release their aroma. This creates a more intense flavor than jasmine green. Although it is usually consumed alone, honey and lemon can also accompany the tea.

Yasemin bitkisinin çiçegi, istenilen esneklige ulasan yesil çay yapraklariyla katman katman kaplanir. Islem tek tek elle yapildigi için uzun ve zahmetlidir. Bekleme sürecinde yesil çay yapraklari yasemin çiçeklerinin kokusunu ve lezzetini iyice emer. Demleme sirasinda sicak suya atilan küçük toplar açilarak aromasini salar. Böylece jasmine green'e göre aromasi daha yogun bir lezzet ortaya çikar. Genelde tek basina tüketilse de bal ve limon da çaya eslik edebilir.
