Topçam flower honey is a product of the Tokat Province Beekeepers Association Economic Enterprise.

Founded in 2002, the Tokat Province Beekeepers Association has 500 active members.

Our members produce the most healing honey, pollen, and other bee products for you and your loved ones in the most beautiful plateaus in 12 of our districts.

We package these valuable products produced by our producers under healthy and hygienic conditions in an effort to deliver them to you, the consumer, in their most natural state..

Honey is a dense, durable, and naturally occurring foodstuff with high vitamin values. It is formed by processing the sweet liquid found in plants, called nectar, with certain enzymes secreted by bees.

Honey, which carries the nutritional values of thousands of plants and flowers, has been used as a remedy for many diseases for centuries.

Honey production, on the other hand, is a very labor-intensive task.To obtain 450 grams of honey, 17,000 bees are known to visit approximately 10 million flowers.

However, in our country, there are products sold under the name of honey that taste like honey.Some of these products, known as "fake honey," are made using corn syrup or glucose and honey essence.To avoid falling into the trap of fake honey, choose honey produced under hygienic, controlled conditions, and analyzed in well-equipped laboratories.

Bal, bitkilerde bulunan ve nektar olarak adlandirilan tatli sivinin, arilarin vücudunda salgilanan bazi enzimlerle islenmesi sonucu olusan, yogun, dayanikli, yüksek vitamin degerlerine sahip, dogal bir besin maddesidir.

Binlerce bitki ve çiçegin besleyici degerlerini tasiyan bal, yüzyillardir birçok hastaliga sifa olarak kullanilmistir.

Bal üretimi ise, çok büyük emek isteyen bir istir.450 gr bal elde etmek için , 17.000 arinin yaklasik 10milyon çiçegi ziyaret ettigi bilinmektedir.

Ancak ülkemizde bal tadina sahip, bal adi altinda satilan ürünlerde bulunmaktadir.'sahte bal' diye bilinen bu ürünlerin bir kismi misir surubu yada glikoz ve bal esansi kullanilarak yapilmaktadir.Sahte bal tuzagina düsmemek için hijyenik, denetimli kosullarda üretilen, donanimli laboratuvarlarda analizleri yapilan bali tercih ediniz.
