- The final crop is obtained from plants. We absolutely do not keep the previous year's crops in our stock.
- Live, sifted, cleaned and carefully selected.
- We carefully select plants that grow naturally in their best and most suitable environments, outside of residential areas, without pesticides.
- We carefully bring these plants to our warehouses, paying careful attention to food hygiene. We store each in its own compartment, away from the ground, in closed areas, and in an environment protected from light, so as not to damage the plant's structure.
THINGS WE CONSIDER WHEN PREPARING YOUR ORDERS.!
- It is prepared in our regularly cleaned area, observing hygiene and pandemic rules.
- After placing our products in special, Ministry-approved, airtight Kraft packaging with a lockable clip, prepared for food products, we place them inside two separate transparent packaging bags to protect the product. These are then placed inside two shipping bags, one inside the other. We wrap the product with bubble wrap when necessary.
- Because we supply our products gradually to keep them fresh, the expiration and best-before dates are constantly changing. Therefore, we ship our products in plain, unwritten packaging instead of the packaging shown in the image. We then attach the product information to the outer packaging with a different label.
- Our products are guaranteed to be as shown in the image. You will not receive a product that differs from the image, except for the text on the packaging specified in the previous article. Products of the same exact quality are provided. If such a complaint occurs, you can initiate the return process immediately without using the product. Your return will be approved as soon as we receive it, without any hassle.
