The Ortice Monocultivar is cultivated on land located in the municipality of Molinara, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. The olive groves are situated on terraces covered with subterranean clover, managed using environmentally friendly practices and with limited machinery due to the steep slopes. The resulting oil has a complex and vibrant organoleptic profile, with fresh herbaceous and balsamic aromas reminiscent of marjoram, chlorophyll, artichoke, and tomato leaf, enriched with delicate notes of kiwi and green apple. On the palate, it is flavorful, balanced, and intense, with a perfect equilibrium between bitterness and spiciness. The finish is persistent and evokes aromas of wild mint and pine nuts.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT La Monocultivar Ortice est cultivée sur des terres situées dans la commune de Molinara, à environ 600 mètres d'altitude. Les oliveraies sont situées sur des terrasses couvertes de trèfle souterrain, gérées selon des pratiques respectueuses de l'environnement et avec un usage limité de machines en raison des pentes marquées.L'huile produite présente un profil organoleptique complexe et vivant, avec des arômes herbacés et balsamiques frais, évoquant la marjolaine, la chlorophylle, l'artichaut et la feuille de tomate, enrichis de délicates notes de kiwi et de pomme verte. En bouche, elle est savoureuse, équilibrée et intense, avec un parfait équilibre entre l'amertume et le piquant. La finale est persistante et rappelle des arômes de menthe sauvage et de pignons de pin.
