Anti-Inflammatory Tea

Anti-Inflammatory Tea is specially designed to relax the body and reduce inflammation. The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric, the refreshing aroma of lemongrass, the sweet taste of licorice, and the spicy texture of ginger make this tea unique. The combination of its ingredients provides a health-packed beverage while calming the body.

Ingredients:Turmeric, Lemongrass, Licorice, Ginger

Brewing Instructions:

Place one teaspoon of Anti-Inflammatory Tea blend in a cup or teapot.
Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of hot water. The water temperature should be approximately 90-95 C.
Let the blend steep for 5-7 minutes, covered. Steeping for a longer time will allow the tea to develop a stronger flavor and aroma profile.
Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
Sweeten by adding honey or sugar as desired.
Serve hot or cold and enjoy the healthy flavor.
For iced tea:Double the amount of tea.
