Apple and Orange Fruit Tea

Apple and Orange Fruit Tea is an herbal tea enriched with fresh and delicious fruits. • Ingredients:Apple, Orange Peel, Calendula Flower, Mint

Brewing Instructions:

• Place one teaspoon of the Apple and Orange Fruit Tea mixture into a cup or teapot.
• Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass of water) of boiling water.
• The brewing time is important the ideal steeping time for this mixture is 5-7 minutes. This time is needed to infuse the essences of the fruits and herbs into the water.
• After the steeping time, strain the tea and sweeten it with sugar or honey if desired.
• You can optionally serve with lemon slices or a little fresh orange juice.
• You can consume 2-3 cups a day. For long-term use, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
