Chamomile and Green Tea is a special tea blended with green tea, offering a light and relaxing flavor profile thanks to the chamomile flower. Ingredients:Chamomile Flower, Green Tea

Brewing Instructions:

Place one teaspoon of Chamomile and Green Tea into a cup or teapot.
Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of 70-80 C water.
Let the mixture steep for 2-3 minutes with the lid closed. Steeping for a longer time will give the tea a stronger flavor and aroma profile.
Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.
