Fennel and Cinnamon Herbal Tea
Fennel and Cinnamon Herbal Tea is a warm, spicy, and refreshing beverage. Brewing Instructions:
- Place two teaspoons of the Fennel and Cinnamon Herbal Tea mixture in a cup or teapot.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of boiling water.
- Let the mixture steep, covered, for 7-10 minutes.
- At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and sweeten with sugar or honey, if desired.
- Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice or a few mint leaves and serve.
