Ginger and Turmeric Tea

Description: Ginger and Turmeric Tea is a perfect combination of ginger root, which provides warmth and relaxation, and turmeric root, which has anti-inflammatory properties. This special blend, combined with lemongrass, welcomes you with a warming beverage experience. This tea, both delicious and healthy, can be enjoyed on cold winter days or anytime.

Ingredients:Ginger Root, Lemongrass, Turmeric Root

Brewing Instructions:

Place one teaspoon of the Ginger and Turmeric Tea mixture in a cup or teapot.
Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of 90-95 C water. After the water boils, you can wait a few minutes for it to reach the appropriate temperature.
Let the mixture steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. This allows the flavors and aromas of the tea to fully blend.
Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
Sweeten with honey or sugar, if desired.
Serve Ginger and Turmeric Tea hot and enjoy its warming flavor.
