Hibiscus Flower Tea

Description: This special tea blend is an ideal calming ritual for soothing the body and mind. Apple pieces, rosehip, hibiscus, and orange peel sweeten the tea and create a pleasant aroma. • Ingredients:Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Hibiscus, Orange Peel

Brewing Instructions:

• Place one teaspoon of the Hibiscus Flower Tea mixture into a cup or teapot.
• Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of hot water (90-95 C-194-203 F).
• Let the mixture steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Steeping for longer will give the tea a more intense flavor.
• At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and add honey or sweetener to personalize your taste.
• To serve the brewed tea hot, pour it into a cup and serve immediately.
• For iced tea: triple the amount.
