Breastfeeding Women's Tea
Breastfeeding Women's Tea is a blend of Ayurvedic herbal infusions that delivers moments of gentle yet refreshing flavor. Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of the Breastfeeding Woman Tea blend in a cup or teapot.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of hot water (85-90 C 185-194 F). Avoid boiling water, as this may increase the bitterness of the tea.
- Leave the blend, covered, to steep for 5-7 minutes. If you want to steep longer, you can intensify the flavor of the tea.
- Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
- You can sweeten it by adding honey or sugar if desired.
- Breastfeeding mothers can support their bodies by drinking a cup of Nursing Woman Tea at different times of the day, especially when they want to increase milk production.
