Pranayama Green Tea
Pranayama Green Tea creates a special blend of green tea, sage, lemongrass, lemon balm, moringa, and jasmine. This tea offers an experience that appeals to the body, breath, and all the senses. - Ingredients:Green Tea, Sage, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Moringa, Jasmine
Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of Pranayama Green Tea in a cup or teapot.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount of one cup or glass) of water at 70-80 C.
- Let the mixture steep for 3-5 minutes with the lid closed. Steeping for a longer time will give the tea a stronger flavor and aroma profile.
- Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
- Sweeten with honey or lemon, if desired.
- Serve the tea hot and revitalize your body and soothe your soul.
