Relaxing Children's Tea
Relaxing Children's Tea is an herbal tea designed especially for children. Its ingredients, such as valerian root, chamomile, lemon balm, and mint leaves, can help children relax and enjoy a peaceful sleep.
- Ingredients:Valerian Root, Chamomile, Lemongrass, Peppermint Leaves
Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of the Relaxing Children's Tea blend in a glass pitcher.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of water at 90-95 C.
- Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes with the lid on. Steeping for longer will give the tea a stronger flavor.
- At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and serve, optionally sweetened with a slice of lemon or a few drops of honey.
- Adjust the daily intake according to your child's age and health condition. Also, if your child has any allergies or special conditions, consult your doctor first.
