Spring Kiss Herbal Tea
Spring Kiss Herbal Tea combines the soft and refreshing flavors of an Ayurvedic herbal infusion. Its natural ingredients, such as lemongrass, mint, blackberry leaves, cardamom, licorice root, cornflower, and rose petals, provide a refreshing and invigorating beverage. Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of the Spring Kiss Herbal Tea blend in a glass pitcher.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of boiling water.
- Let the mixture steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Steeping for longer will give the tea a stronger flavor.
- At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and serve, optionally sweetening it with a slice of lemon or a few drops of honey.
- You can consume 1-2 cups a day.
