Brewing Instructions:

• Place one teaspoon of the Arabian Nights Fruit Tea blend in a glass pitcher.
• Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for a cup or glass) of boiling water.
• Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes, covered. Steeping for a longer time will give the tea a stronger flavor.
• At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and serve, optionally sweetened with a slice of orange or a few drops of honey.
• You can consume 2-3 cups a day.
