Turmeric Ginger Tea
Description: Turmeric Ginger Tea is a special blend enriched with turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory properties, and ginger, which has a warming effect. This tea is a warm and calming beverage. The lightness of linden, elderflower, and green tea adds a pleasant freshness and vitality to the tea. Orange peel gives the tea a refreshing aroma.
- Ingredients:Turmeric, Ginger, Linden, Elderflower, Green Tea, Orange Peel
Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of the Turmeric-Ginger Tea mixture in a cup or teapot.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of 90-95 C water. After the water boils, you can wait a bit for it to reach the appropriate temperature.
- Let the mixture steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. This time allows the flavors and aromas of the tea to fully blend.
- At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea.
- Sweeten with honey, sugar, or lemon, if desired.
- Serve Turmeric Ginger Tea hot or cold and enjoy its soothing flavor.
- For iced tea:Double the amount of tea.
