White Chamomile Tea

• Ingredients:White Tea, Chamomile Flowers

Brewing Instructions:

• Place one teaspoon of White Chamomile Tea in a cup or teapot.
• Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of 80-85 C water. Avoid using boiling water, as hot water can damage the delicate texture of white tea.
• Leave the mixture to steep for 3-5 minutes, covered. Steeping for a longer time will allow the tea to develop a stronger flavor and aroma profile.
• At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and sweeten with honey or lemon, if desired.
• You can serve it hot or cold. If you prefer to drink it cold, chill it in the refrigerator after steeping and add ice.
