Winter Tea
Winter Tea is an herbal tea preferred especially during the winter months to help support the immune system. Its natural ingredients, such as ginger, blackberry leaves, lemongrass, nettle, basil, turmeric, and lemon balm, can help strengthen the body and protect against illness.
- Ingredients:Ginger, Blackberry Leaf, Lemongrass, Nettle, Basil, Turmeric, Lemon Balm
Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of Winter Tea blend in a glass pitcher.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of boiled water.
- Let the blend steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Steeping for longer will give the tea a stronger flavor.
- At the end of the steeping time, strain the tea and serve, optionally sweetening it with a slice of lemon or a few drops of honey.
- Daily intake can be adjusted according to individual preferences.
