Yoga Tea
Description: Yoga Tea is a carefully prepared herbal tea designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. - Ingredients:Green Tea, Cocoa, Chamomile, Lavender, Licorice, Cinnamon, Basil, Fennel, Rosemary, Clove, Calendula
Brewing Instructions:
- Place one teaspoon of Yoga Tea blend in a cup or teapot.
- Add approximately 200-250 ml (the equivalent amount for one cup or glass) of boiling water.
- Let the blend steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Steeping for a longer time will give the tea a stronger flavor and aroma profile.
- Strain the tea at the end of the steeping time.
- Sweeten by adding honey or sugar if desired.
