Fleur de Sel, or "fleur de sel," has been harvested in Guérande, in southern Brittany, for over 1000 years. The world's most precious sea salt is produced on warm, windless days when it settles as a thin layer on the water's surface and is then covered with old wooden pushers. The Guérande saltworks have been in operation since the time of Charles the Great, and the traditional technique has been passed down through generations. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Fleur de Sel, la "fleur de sel" est récoltée en Guérande dans le sud de la Bretagne depuis plus de 1000 ans. Le sel de mer le plus précieux du monde se produit pendant les journées chaudes et sans vent, lorsqu'il se pose comme une fine couche de la surface de l'eau et est ensuite couvert avec de vieilles poussoirs en bois. La saline de Guérande est en entreprise depuis Karl du Grand et la technique artisanale est hérité de génération en génération. Le goût du sel tient compte de la tradition : il a un goût marin, vent et soleil. La fleur de sel n'est pas raffinée, elle est 100 naturelle et ne contient pas d'additifs.
