Tropical Discus Gran Wild Granulated Fish Food for Wild Discus
TROPICAL DISCUS GRAN WILD is a rich, slow-sinking granular food with algae, krill, and fruit additives. It is designed for the daily feeding of wild discus or other selective fish species caught in the wild. The delicate structure of the granules softens quickly in water, making the food acceptable to wild-caught fish.
The food contains spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris), Ascophyllum nodosum, and Laminaria digitata algae, also known as kelp. The unsaturated fatty acids, proteins (rich in essential amino acids), and vitamins found in Spirulina and Chlorella, along with the micro and macro elements (iodine, chromium, selenium, and iron) obtained from kelp algae, provide excellent condition for the fish and ensure their rapid growth and high vitality.
The abundance of plant ingredients, such as algae and fruit, makes the food suitable for the diet of discus in their natural habitat. Fish regularly fed TROPICAL DISCUS GRAN WILD food receive abundant amounts of chlorophyll, a green pigment found abundantly in spirulina and chlorella.
Chlorophyll not only prevents infections by limiting the growth of harmful bacteria in the digestive system, but also, together with zeolite, helps eliminate toxins from the fish's bodies. Active substances found in garlic and spirulina support the fish's immune system during the fight against pathogens.
Carotenoids and astaxanthins, derived from cyrillic and red peppers, prevent fish from fading, allowing them to maintain their natural color. Due to its strengthening properties, the feed is recommended for use in the diet of quarantined, adapting, and recovering fish.
