What is the benefit of plant-based protein over whey protein?

Chocolate hazelnut & peanut butter cup baked oats

Ingredients

40gOats, 35gChocolate Salted Caramel Awesome Protein, 1/2 a banana, 100ml milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1tsp cocoa powder, pinch of salt

Method

1. Blend everything together until smooth and thick and pour half the batter into an oven-proof bowl.

2. Place a tsp of hazelnut spread in the middle and cover it with the remaining mixture

3. Bake in the oven at 170c for 8-10 minutes, add some melted peanut butter, cacao nibs and some melted dark chocolate and on top.

4. Enjoy!
